Friday TV Ratings 7/8/22: Dynasty Ticks Up, Declining WWE SmackDown Leads (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: With the help of a much larger 'Penn & Teller: Fool Us' rerun (0.11), The CW's 'Dynasty' (0.05, +0.02) grew by two-hundredths on a week-to-week basis. Though it retained less than half of its lead-in, this serves as the drama's highest rating since March. 'WWE Smackdown' (0.47, -0.02) lost two-hundredths on Fox but was easily the night's top performer in the 18-49 demographic. ABC's rerun of 'Shark Tank' (0.33) dropped from last week while the '20/20' encore (0.34) climbed a tiny bit. CBS chugged along with repeats of 'SWAT' (0.28), 'Magnum PI' (0.24), and 'Blue Bloods' (0.22). NBC was up across the board with reruns of 'American Ninja Warrior' (0.25) and 'Dateline' (0.29).

Finals Update: 'WWE SmackDown' (+0.1) adjusted up.
