Superstore: This week, NBC extended season 5 of Superstore, bringing its order to 22 episodes after an initial 18-episode order. While it's pretty ridiculous that NBC would give its strongest comedy a shortened season to begin with, at least they've rectified that. While it was always safe, this pickup is a sign that NBC is happy with how Superstore has been performing. It remains a CERTAIN RENEWAL and will remain so for the remainder of the season, barring a majorly surprising development.

Perfect Harmony: Despite starting as a massive flop, Perfect Harmony at least has stability on its side. It's stayed in the 0.42-0.46 range ever since week two, which isn't at all impressive on a numerical basis but still a rare feat nonetheless. it even managed to rise on Halloween last week even as Superstore dropped, doing from 50% retention to 71% retention in rounded numbers in one week. Considering that Superstore's 0.7 isn't exactly a massive number to begin with, that didn't translate to anything huge in the ratings, but it's better than it was the weeks prior. I still think it doesn't have a snowball's chance in, well, hell, since it's a 20th Century coproduction that they don't have distributing rights for, but it's less pull-worthy. It's still a CERTAIN CANCELLATION.

What do you think of my predictions? What are your predictions? Let me know in the comments and don't forget to vote in the poll of the week!
