There seemed to be some confusion over this, hence why I took NCIS: LA as an answer. What I meant is the highest number you would see on the show's ratings page was a 1.7, and it can be found in the W18-49 category.

This show aired in the spring and averaged out at less than 40% of the Big 4 league average in A18-49 Live + Same Day ratings, enough to get it quickly put on the chopping block. It got so bad that it was pulled from the schedule and replaced by reruns of a spin-off of a show that aired later on in the night.
