ABC's The Bachelorette (1.6) rose two-tenths from its last outing and was the top program of the night. This was the show's highest result since its premiere for this season. The lead-in continued to be wasted on game show repeats with Battle of the Network Stars (0.6) improving a tenth from last week's Gong Show encore (though it will most likely adjust down to match Gong Show).
NBC had some good news as American Ninja Warrior (1.5) also rose from its last installment. At 10, Spartan (1.0) was steady with last week.
FOX had unwelcome downticks as So You Think You Can Dance (0.7) hit a new low. Superhuman (0.5) was still a tick above its 0.4 Fourth of July low, but this number is still awful.
CBS (0.6/0.6/0.6/0.6/0.5) and The CW (0.2/0.2/0.2) had a mixture of comedy and drama repeats.
Finals Update: All shows held their preliminary ratings.
