Finals Update: American Ninja Warrior (1.1) adjusted up.
On the eve of the Fourth of July, most networks decided to sit it out, but those foolish enough to stay original were met with ugly results. NBC's American Ninja Warrior (1.0) and Spartan (0.8) both fell to new lows with the former falling four-tenths and the latter falling two.
Fox's Superhuman (0.4) was the only non-NBC original and also collapsed to a new series low after hitting an already brutal one last week. It led out of a repeat of So You Think You Can Dance (0.4).
ABC had repeats of The Bachelorette (0.4) and Battle of the Network Stars (0.4).
CBS had comedy repeats (0.5/0.5/0.5/0.4) and Scorpion (0.4).
The CW had repeats of Supergirl (0.2) and Whose Line Is It Anyway? (0.2/0.2).
