It has been speculated that this would be the final season of Grimm ever since it was renewed, as its ratings have fallen and season 6 was given a smaller episode order of 13 episodes. Now it is official. Additionally, unlike previously announced, Grimm is now set to premiere on January 6th at 8:00 instead of October 28th at 9:00.
