ABC
-On the comedy side, ABC righted a wrong by moving The Goldbergs sandwiched between their two highest-rated comedies. As a result, The Goldbergs has surpassed The Middle for the title of ABC's #2 comedy.
-They also finally tried a family comedy after Modern Family, seeing the unfortunate demise of Trophy Wife last season due to giving the spot to the failed young-adult party comedies of Super Fun Night and Mixology. Blackish has become a hit, and is the most successful ABC Studios comedy in recent years.
-Fresh Off The Boat defied the odds to hold its own on Tuesdays, rating about ABC's spring scripted average. It should return next season despite still being ABC's #5 comedy.
-Grey's Anatomy helped improve tremendously the Thursday at 8, leading off the "TGIT" block followed by Scandal and How to Get Away with Murder.
-Veteran shows Dancing with the Stars, Scandal, Grey's Anatomy, The Middle, and Modern Family stayed steady in an era where most TV shows are down, making them look even better than they did last season.
-Castle's ratings took a dive, making it look like next season will be its last. It also took away the possibility of using it to fix a problem time slot.
-Resurrection saw a huge fall to become one of the network's lowest-rated shows.
-Despite underwhelming, Marvel's Agents of SHIELD still remains a somewhat reliable player in ABC's lineup.
-Once Upon A Time started strong, then sizzled out to the point where it is now below seven or eight of their shows.
-Selfie and Manhattan Love Story did terrible right out of the gate.
