Alright, is anyone else concerned that Benny has, like, no plan?
NICOLE
He has a plan. It's for us to make a plan.
BLAKE
How about focusing on our own stations first?
NICOLE
Hey, don't tell me, tell him.
BLAKE
Eh, he's already decided. I just hope he doesn't bring in any of the Complete people to RSN.
SASHA
What do you mean?
BLAKE
You know...a Complete station comes over to RSN, they bring their own guy, suddenly no need for Bridgeport.
KYLIE
It is a pretty useless affiliate.
BLAKE
I'd like to keep my job, Kylie.
TREVOR
I'm sure Benny's not gonna replace any affiliates with a Complete affiliate. RSN is expanding, not replacing.
AUSTIN
Says who?
TREVOR
We got RSN+ coming, everything will get better once we have a streaming footprint.
KYLIE
Do we have RSN+ coming though?
NICOLE
Yeah Trevor you can go back to work...
TREVOR gets up and leaves.
TREVOR INTERVIEW
Alright, so I might not have a finished product to show for my work yet. But I'm working! RSN+ is coming, I promise. Well, promise is a strong word.
TREVOR pauses.
TREVOR INTERVIEW
You don't have to send that back to the board.
KYLIE peeks over to TREVOR's cubicle.
KYLIE
Did Trevor not go back to his desk?
NICOLE
He's probably off talking to Benny.
KYLIE
I don't even want to know what he could be saying.
NICOLE looks over to SASHA, AUSTIN, and BLAKE.
NICOLE
Should we find Benny and do some digging?
SASHA shrugs, AUSTIN nods, and BLAKE shakes his head no.
NICOLE
I'll take that as a Yes.
NICOLE walks over to BENNY's office.
BENNY
Nicole! What brings you here?
NICOLE
We want to know if Trevor said anything to you about launching RSN+.
BENNY
Who's we?
NICOLE looks around.
NICOLE
I thought they were following me.
BENNY
We haven't launched RSN+ yet?
NICOLE
Seriously?
BENNY
We should probably get on that. I just told Des Moines they'd be front and center!
NICOLE
Des Moines?
BENNY
Yeah. Our new affiliate!
NICOLE
Benny...what?!
BENNY
Now if you don't mind, I have a few more phone calls to make. These Complete affiliates aren't going to turn into RSN affiliates by themselves.
NICOLE walks back to her desk in shock.
KYLIE
Anything?
NICOLE
Benny got RSN a new affiliate.
KYLIE
Wow. I didn't think he had it in him.
BLAKE
Wait a minute, was he just not gonna tell us?
NICOLE
I'm sure he was. Eventually. But he's busy trying to get more right now.
TREVOR walks back to his desk, packs up his belongings and leaves.
AUSTIN
He should really be working harder on RSN+, shouldn't he.
KYLIE
That's what I'd do if I were him. But I'm not.
AUSTIN
Should we tell him?
NICOLE
Either he gets RSN+ into gear or all Benny's new affiliates are gonna be angry. We gotta take our pick.
