Sunday TV Ratings 9/3/23: LSU/Florida State College Football Game Rises Above Comparative 2022 Game, Big Brother Nears Low, The Chosen Hits New Low (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: ABC's 'LSU v. Florida St.' college football game (2.42) dominated in both the Adults 18-49 demographic and in total viewers (9.17 million). The alphabet network began their evening with a 7 p.m. rerun of 'The Conners' (0.26) that lost out to '60 Minutes' (0.41). '60 Minutes' led into an episode of 'Big Brother' (0.55, -0.07) that was markedly down from last Sunday. CBS also had reruns of 'The Equalizer' (0.20) and 'NCIS: Los Angeles' (0.16). 'The Chosen' (0.02, -0.05) plummeted to a new low on the CW for its season finale and was bested by the 'World's Funniest Animals' (0.03) repeat that followed it. NBC had reruns of 'American Ninja Warrior' (0.20) and 'America's Got Talent' (0.15). Fox re-ran 'Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars' (0.07), 'The Simpsons' (0.09), 'Family Guy' (0.16), 'Bob's Burgers' (0.10), and 'Family Guy' (0.16).
