Instinct, which joined the CBS Sunday lineup in March 2018, has been canceled after two seasons. Alan Cumming and Bojana Novakovic starred in the series as a writer who joins forces with the police and his partner, respectively. Instinct was never a ratings success, premiering to a mediocre 1.0 and going as low as 0.3 in season one. Its season two average tied that season one low, only once escaping a 0.3.
