Ransom Canceled by CBS After Three Seasons

Ransom, the only original scripted Saturday program on broadcast, has been canceled after three seasons on CBS. The show was very steady this season, but even its incredibly low cost (due to it being internationally co-produced) couldn't make up for it being watched by pretty much nobody. It averaged a 0.26 this season, completely even with its season two average. Luke Roberts, Nazneen Contractor, and Brandon Jay McLaren starred in the series.
