Sunday TV Ratings 1/28/24: Next-Level Chef Down from Previous Post-NFC Championship Showing, Lions/49ers Game Up from 2023 Primetime NFL Championship (UPDATED w/Analysis)

Ratings Analysis: The Lions may have lost to the 49ers in the NFC Championship game, but Fox got an enormous 15.18 rating out of it, enough so that they were able to boost the season three premiere of Next Level Chef (2.15) past the 2.0 barrier in the Adults 18-49 demographic. CBS had an NFL-boosted episode of 60 Minutes (0.74, +0.47) and three helpings of Yellowstone (0.36/0.29/0.29). ABC's showing of The Parent Trap (0.18) was a hundredth above last week's Soul (0.17). The film was sandwiched in-between reruns of AFV (0.18) and Abbott Elementary (0.13). The CW had a high-profile film of their own in the form of Robin William's Jumanji (0.06) and washed that down with an encore of The Conners (0.04). NBC aired repeats of America's Got Talent: Fantasy League (0.09) and Dateline (0.16).

Finals Update: NFC Championship (+4.0) and the 8 PM episode of Yellowstone (+0.1) adjusted up. Next-Level Chef (-0.1) adjusted down.
