TV Ratings 8/28/17: Most Shows See Gains on a Good Monday for Ratings (UPDATED)

It was an unusually high night for ratings, with gains that could potentially be inflated by preemptions. ABC really benefitted, with Bachelor in Paradise up three tenths and To Tell the Truth up one tenth. It's a strong result for Paradise and another so-so result from TTTT, but at least it's better than last time. On NBC, Ninja Warrior ticked up two tenths, while Midnight, Texas was up three. Fox's SYTYCD was also up after over a month of 0.7s. Hooten & the Lady on The CW returned, and it was completely steady. On CBS, every repeat was steady, though Scorpion was a tenth higher than CBSN: On Assignment.
Finals Update: Bachelor In Paradise (+0.1) adjusted up. To Tell the Truth (-0.1) adjusted down.
