NBC has passed on comedy pilot Sackett Sisters despite coming from Tina Fey, one of the most prominent producers on the network
Sackett Sisters is a comedy about 2 estranged sisters who perform a Sully Sullenberger-esque act of heroism and must explore their new found notoriety together. Starring:
Casey Wilson (Happy Endings)
Busy Philipps (Cougar Town)
Bradley Whitford (The West Wing)
[Fun fact: Both Casey Wilson and Busy Philipps have starred on NBC shows before. Casey was a cast member of SNL from 2008-2009 while Busy starred on the one hit wonder Freaks and Geeks]
