TV Ratings 1/29/17: Conviction Ends Low, Miss Universe Down (UPDATED)

Sunday night saw the end of Conviction, Miss Universe, and a regular night for CBS. Conviction, which aired its (likely series) finale, was up from its latest episode. To Tell the Truth, Conviction's lead-in, was also up. Fox's usual programs took a week off for the Miss Universe pageant, which was down from late 2015's 1.6. CBS aired its usual lineup, and they all rose. NBC aired a repeat of the Celebrity Apprentice, which lead into a special Sunday episode of Dateline NBC, which was even with Friday's episode.

Update: To Tell the Truth (+0.1) and NCIS: Los Angeles (+0.1) adjusted up.

TV Ratings 1/15/17: The Mick Rises, Fox's Football Dominates

Sunday night saw two NFL playoff games, both of which easily dominated the night. Of the two games, the Fox game won out. As far as regular programming goes, Fox had the best night due to their NFL boost. The first ever hour-long Simpsons was down from last week. Following it was The Mick in a special time slot, and it was up from its latest Tuesday episode. Family Guy was down from last week in its special time. ABC's To Tell the Truth and Conviction were down and even from last week, respectively. CBS had a down night across the board.

Finals Update: the 7 PM NFL Playoff game, The Wall's repeat, Football Night in America, The Simpsons, The Mick, To Tell The Truth, Madam Secretary, Family Guy, Elementary, and Conviction adjusted down. The 8:20 football game adjusted up.

TV Ratings 1/8/17: Golden Globes Up a Tad, To Tell The Truth and Conviction Up (UPDATED)

Sunday night saw the 74th annual Golden Globe ceremony, which pulled in a 4.8, down a good deal from last year's finals but one tenth above last season's preliminary 4.7. It is very possible for them to tie or beat 2016's ceremony in the finals. It was able to come in second  first in the 8-10 hours. Fox returned with an NFL boost, and saw huge gains with all four shows, though downward adjustments are likely.. ABC aired its game show filler To Tell the Truth from 8 to 10, and saw a rise from last week, while a burn-off of Conviction at 10 saw its typical low ratings. CBS aired their usual line-up, and pulled in low numbers.

Updated Golden Globe Numbers: With a time adjustment, the Golden Globes pulled a 5.6, up vs. 2016's ceremony.

TV Ratings 12/5/16: Light Fight Returns Steady, Victoria's Secret Lower (UPDATED)

Monday saw a big increase in the 10 PM hour for CBS, as it aired the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show instead of the usual program, Scorpion. However, Man With a Plan and 2 Broke Girls both dipped and were beat by a Big Bang repeat. On ABC, The Great Christmas Light Fight was about even with last year, even rising a tenth, pending updates (ABC was preempted in NYC). On Fox, they aired Showtime at the Apollo, and received similar ratings to their normal Monday lineup. The CW aired repeats of Supergirl, and they received a 0.4 and a 0.3. The Voice on NBC was down, while Timeless rose a tenth.
