Sunday TV Ratings 7/27/25: Big Brother Rises, The Gilded Age and Nautilus Stable, Duck Dynasty Falls [+ Analysis]

CBS's Big Brother (0.54) was a hundredth above Thursday's installment but a tick behind last Sunday (0.55). Repeats of 60 Minutes (0.26), Tracker (0.16), and Watson (0.12) surrounded the juggernaut. On ABC, the movie of the week was Father of the Bride (0.20), which tied last week's Big (0.20). NBC aired repeats of American Ninja Warrior (0.17) and America's Got Talent (0.13). Fox aired encores of The Quiz with Balls (0.12), MasterChef (0.06), and Secret Service (0.07). The CW aired the film The Replacements (0.05). Key: (R) = repeat.

Sunday TV Ratings 7/20/25: Shark Week Opens Lower, Big Brother Up from Last Sunday, The Gilded Age Holds Steady [+ Analysis]

Big Brother (0.55, +0.02) was up slightly from last Sunday on CBS, more than doubling the repeat of 60 Minutes (0.26) that led into it. On ABC, Tom Hanks movie Big (0.20) was a good bit weaker than last week's presentation of The Sandlot (0.23). NBC went with their usual rerun duo: American Ninja Warrior (0.19) and America's Got Talent (0.18). Fox's broadcast of NHRA Drag Racing (0.07) barely tied the CW's showing of Jaws (0.07). Later in the night, repeats of Krapopolis (0.04), Animal Control (0.05), and Going Dutch (0.06) went even lower than that. Key: (R) = repeat.

Sunday TV Ratings 7/13/25: The Gilded Age Hits Season High, Big Brother Slips for First Sunday Episode, The Sandlot Solid for ABC [+ Analysis]


Ratings Analysis: CBS's Big Brother (0.53) was down from Thursday's premiere but topped the night nonetheless. On ABC, The Sandlot (0.23) was a tick above last week's Princess Bride (0.22). NBC aired repeats of American Ninja Warrior (0.20) and America's Got Talent (0.19). The CW's showing of 2010 film Despicable Me (0.09) beat Fox reruns of Secret Service (0.06), Krapopolis (0.07), Animal Control (0.07), and Going Dutch (0.06), while the 7 p.m. Whose Line encores (0.10/0.11) had a higher average than the 8 p.m. repeat of The Simpsons (0.10). Key: (R) = repeat.
