Wednesday TV Ratings 2/21/24: Dolly Parton’s Pet Gala Flops, Abbott Elementary and The Conners Drop to New Lows, Chicago Fire Rises (Final Ratings w/Analysis)

Ratings Analysis: Though The Price Is Right At Night (0.37, -0.09) was definitely on the softer side, CBS's broadcast of Dolly Parton's Pet Gala (0.18) retained less than half of its demo rating and was one of the weakest offerings of the night. On ABC, The Conners (0.36, -0.03) and Abbott Elementary (0.36, -0.08) crashed to new series lows, while Not Dead Yet (0.24, -0.04) also slipped but remained above its previously-set low. Judge Steve Harvey was frozen at last week's 0.14 rating in the 10 p.m. hour, once again losing to the Celebrity Family Feud repeat (0.18) that led into it. On NBC, Chicago Med (0.48, -0.03) dipped, but Chicago Fire (0.51, +0.04) and Chicago PD (0.51, +0.05) surged. I Can See Your Voice (0.19, -0.03) slipped on Fox, but We Are Family (0.21, +0.03) recovered a bit. Wild Cards (0.06, -0.01) and Family Law (0.05, -0.02) declined on the CW.
