EXT. SUNSET VALLEY – NIGHT
The sky is a swirling canvas of dark clouds and flickering light. The town is completely disintegrating, pieces of buildings floating in mid-air, the world collapsing into chaos. Elliot, Jonas, Margot, Sylvia, and Harlow stand together, surrounded by an eerie silence.
The Pale Man stands before them, his grin widening, his eyes glowing gold.
PALE MAN
This is the end.
The sky rips open, an immense force pulling everything in. The ground cracks, and a loud, deafening noise rips through the air. Elliot stumbles, his vision blurring.
Elliot
What’s happening?
Suddenly, everything goes white—a brilliant flash that engulfs them.
CUT TO BLACK.

EXT. SUNRISE VALLEY – DAY
The group awakens in a strange, familiar place. The sunrise paints the sky a golden orange. The town around them is peaceful, idyllic. But there’s something off.
Elliot blinks, confused, standing up first. His head throbs.
ELLIOT
Where are we?
He glances around at the others, but they seem just as lost.
JONAS
This place... it doesn’t feel like Sunset Valley.
MARGOT
It’s not. But why—how did we get here?
The group looks around. The streets are quiet, empty, no signs of life—except the peaceful hum of the morning. There’s a sense of calm before a storm.
SYLVIA
This doesn’t make sense.
SHERIFF HARLOW
Where’s Sunset Valley? It was just here…
Elliot takes a deep breath, trying to steady himself.
ELLIOT
I don’t know, but this isn’t it.
Suddenly, they hear the distant sound of footsteps approaching.
A figure emerges from an alley—a man in a black suit, his face familiar but strange.
ELLIOT
Wait. I know you.
The man steps closer. It’s the same Pale Man, but his eyes are no longer glowing. His smile is soft, almost pitying.
PALE MAN
Well, well. Looks like we’ve made it.
MARGOT
What did you do to us? Where are we?
The Pale Man surveys them, his eyes glinting with a twisted amusement.
PALE MAN
This is Sunrise Valley. New town. New start. You’re free.
The group looks at each other, confusion written on their faces.
JONAS
Sunrise Valley? That’s...
SYLVIA
I don’t remember any of this.
The Pale Man’s eyes narrow, but his smile remains intact.
PALE MAN
You shouldn’t. Not yet.
ELLIOT
What do you mean?
The Pale Man steps forward, his presence cold and imposing.
PALE MAN
It’s all a reset. A fresh loop.
The air grows heavy with tension.
SYLVIA
Reset?
The Pale Man leans in closer, his voice low.
PALE MAN
Oh yes. Every time you try to escape, you end up here. Another beginning. Another story.
Elliot looks around at the others. Their faces are drawn with confusion. They don’t remember the past events, the struggles they’ve been through.
ELLIOT
What did you do? Why don’t we remember?
PALE MAN
It’s not for you to remember. You can’t fight it.
Margot steps forward, her voice firm.
MARGOT
This is just another version of Sunset Valley, isn’t it? Another loop?
The Pale Man laughs softly, an almost sad chuckle.
PALE MAN
Exactly. And it’s just getting started.
The world around them seems to flicker, like a glitch in time, but everything remains steady.
Jonas takes a step back, shaking his head.
JONAS
No. We’re done with this. We’re not going through this again.
The Pale Man’s face darkens. He steps closer, his voice chilling.
PALE MAN
It’s not up to you. Not this time.
The ground beneath them rumbles, and the town flickers again—parts of it shifting, distorting. For a split second, they can see Sunset Valley again, before it disappears entirely.
Elliot, suddenly dizzy, stumbles, grabbing Jonas’s arm.
ELLIOT
We can’t keep doing this. It’s like we’re stuck.
Margot looks at him, her face pale.
MARGOT
What if we don’t remember? What if we never remember?
SYLVIA
We have to remember. We have to break the cycle.
The Pale Man watches them, a satisfied look on his face.
PALE MAN
You’ll remember when you’re ready. But until then… enjoy the quiet.
The air crackles as the Pale Man turns and walks away, leaving the group behind. They stand in the center of the street, the peaceful Sunrise Valley surrounding them.
SHERIFF HARLOW
Do we… do we know each other?
JONAS
I… I don’t think we’ve ever met.
Elliot’s eyes widen.
ELLIOT
What?
Jonas looks at him, blankly, as if he’s seeing him for the first time.
Margot and Sylvia exchange a worried glance.
MARGOT
I don’t know any of you.
A chill runs down their spines. The pieces aren’t adding up. This feels like the beginning. But they’ve been through this before. Haven’t they?
The town flickers again.
Elliot feels a strange sense of déjà vu—like a puzzle slowly coming together.
ELLIOT
This isn’t real.
A voice echoes in the distance, barely audible—
VOICE (V.O.)
Here we go again...
