After dealing with some declines, the Winter Olympics (1.5, +0.07) rose slightly on NBC, providing the network with another night-topping performance. But despite the competition, Fox's The Masked Singer (0.3, +0.1) rebounded significantly. Fear Factor: House of Fear (0.21, +0.02) was also up, albeit to a lesser degree. Ratings Analysis: On ABC, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony (0.50) put up a strong rating and eclipsed the rating that last year's ceremony posted (0.36). CBS went with repeats of NCIS: Origins (0.18/0.17/0.14). NBC aired encores of Chicago Med (0.14), Chicago Fire (0.12), and Chicago PD (0.12). Fox re-aired The Real Full Monty (0.09).
