ABC's showing of the movie True Lies (0.16) retained a little more than half of its Funniest Home Videos repeat lead-in (0.31). The 2026 WNBA All-Star Game (0.66) brought in an exceptionally strong rating for ABC on Saturday night, doubling the 18-49 rating of last year's game (0.33) in the process. MLB on Fox (0.43) was also at a solid level but a clear notch below. NBC went with repeats of American Ninja Warrior (0.13) and Dateline (0.10), while CBS aired reruns of Final Twist (0.07) and 48 Hours (0.11/0.09). On CBS, Big Brother (0.57, 0.00) matched last Sunday's installment in the key demographic, tripling the 60 Minutes repeat (0.19) that preceded it. ABC aired the movie Speed (0.18), while MLB on NBC (0.66) excelled. IndyCar on Fox (0.68) got a sizable boost from the World Cup final post-game (2.67). Thursday TV Ratings 7/16/26: Celebrity Family Feud and Press Your Luck Dip, Big Brother Leads the Night, Fox News Tops Trump Address Coverage [+ Analysis]

ABC game shows Celebrity Family Feud (0.29, -0.02) and Press Your Luck (0.22, -0.03) dropped slightly from their week-ago premieres, while CBS's Big Brother (0.69, -0.17) had a more pronounced decline from last week. Surviving Earth (0.22, -0.03) was also down on NBC. On Fox, repeats of The 1% Club (0.16) and Best Medicine (0.13) sandwiched presidential address coverage (0.34). Over on NBC, America's Got Talent (0.38, -0.05) and Password (0.21, -0.09) were both down sharply from last week. ABC aired repeats of RJ Decker (0.19) and Will Trent (0.11/0.08). Big Brother (0.57) was down markedly from Thursday but still brought in strong ratings for CBS. On ABC, the film What About Bob? (0.15) was a good bit above the CW's showing of Transformers (0.08). WNBA on NBC (0.37) was at a respectable level. Fox aired repeats of The Simpsons (0.14), Animal Control (0.09), Universal Basic Guys (0.08), and Grimsburg (0.06). Key: (R) = repeat.

ABC aired repeats of 9-1-1: Nashville (0.05/0.08/0.08) that lost to NASCAR on the CW (0.10). Big Brother: Unlocked (0.40) returned to CBS with a surprising amount of life in it, more than doubling its premiere from last year (0.18). But the momentum came to a halt at nine, as This is UFC (0.14) was underwhelming in the retention department, enough so that a 10 p.m. repeat of Boston Blue (0.16) grew from it. On NBC, Dateline (0.19, -0.05) was down from its last original broadcast. ABC aired repeats of Celebrity Jeopardy! (0.22) and 20/20 (0.17). Fox aired Summer of '94 (0.18). On the CW, Totally Funny Animals (0.05, +0.04) bounced back at nine, but there was a decline at 9:30 (0.03, -0.02). Key: (P) = premiere. (R) = repeat.

Thursday TV Ratings 7/9/26: Big Brother Heavily Up from Season 27 Premiere, Celebrity Family Feud and Press Your Luck Return Lower, Project Runway and Real Housewives of Orange County Also Return Higher [+ Analysis]

CBS's Big Brother (0.86) returned in impeccable shape on Thursday night, up about 41% in the Adults 18-49 demographic from last year's start (0.61). But the results were not nearly as encouraging on ABC as Celebrity Family Feud (0.31) dropped by 26% from its year-ago premiere (0.42), and Press Your Luck (0.25, -17%) also dealt with a sizable decline. On NBC, Surviving Earth (0.25, +0.02) was up from last week.
