Tuesday TV Ratings 11/21/23: Dancing with the Stars Surges to Highest Non-Sports Rating of 2023-24 TV Season for Taylor Swift Night, The Voice Also Rises, Raid the Cage Steady on Special Night (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: ABC's Dancing with the Stars (0.87, +0.23) exploded to not only a new season high but the highest non-sports rating of the 2023-24 TV season for Taylor Swift night. Unfortunately, that massive lead-in was completely wasted on an episode of Press Your Luck (0.30, +0.06) that could not even rise by a full tenth. The Voice (0.56, +0.11) also had some solid growth on NBC but was clearly overshadowed by Dancing's dominance. In the 10 p.m. time slot, Found (0.30, -0.07) found itself in the red. NCIS: Sydney (0.32, -0.02) dipped on CBS and led into an episode of Raid the Cage (0.19, 0.00) that was even with Friday's installment. FBI True (0.14, +0.02) picked up a bit at 10. Fox had reruns of Celebrity Name That Tune (0.21) and 9-1-1: Lone Star (0.15). Over on the CW, Inside the NFL (0.06, -0.02) slipped, but Whose Line (0.09, 0.00) held steady. The 9:30 p.m. Whose Line repeat found its way to a 0.10 rating, a rarity for current-day CW.

Finals Update: Dancing with the Stars (+0.2), The Voice (+0.1), and Inside the NFL (+0.1) adjusted up.
