*: Adjusted numbers; no half-hours available
(R): Rerun
(LY): The numbers are from last year's finale
Please note that last year's numbers are taken from the whole hour statistics, not the half-hours.

Last night was almost an all-new night, except for one 30-minutes rerun of The Big Bang Theory. We were so close! Nonetheless, CBS was very interesting because it offered the premiere of a new season of Survivor... and wow was it down! When compared to last season's finale, that was already the lowest-rated finale of the show, it's down around three tenths, and it's down around five tenths from last season premiere (that aired in Fall, but still)! The Big Bang Theory rerun was also quite down from the usual impressive numbers it can pull off... And Code Black was down a tenth, going as low as a 1.1 in the last half-hour.

ABC wasn't too shaken up by Survivor's premiere... but we can tell it was at least a little bit. Aside from The Middle that managed to be up a tenth, both The Goldbergs and Blackish were down a tenth, while Modern Family was down by two. But American Crime was the worst offender... Yes, you read well in the chart up there, in its last half-hour, the show got a 0.7! That's an absolutely awful score for ABC, even if it's a little bit better than Galavant. Now, what the show has rooting for it is only awards recognition... Would that be enough?

NBC had an obvious down night after crossover night last week. Even Mysteries of Laura was down two tenths, Law and Order: SVU had an unstable 1.6 (down three tenths), and I say unstable because it started with a 1.5 and had an unexplicable bump in the last half-hour with a 1.8! Anyway, Chicago PD was also down to a 1.6, down around three tenths.

FOX continues airing an all-unscripted night on Wednesdays, waiting for Empire to return in March. Yesterday, all of them were down, American Idol getting a still respectable 2.0, and Hell's Kitchen, down a tenth, hitting a 1.3 (and nearly beating The Big Bang Theory rerun!). The CW, as usual, was stable with Arrow getting an on par 0.9 and Supernatural staying at its 0.8 (though it was up in the last half-hour, since it got a 0.7 there last week).
