Predict the Ratings for the Super Bowl and Late Show

So, The Super Bowl is tonight! How will it do? Last season, it had a 39.1 A18-49 demo, and has been around the 39-40 mark for a few years now.

Following the Super Bowl will be The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. To put things into perspective, last year's Blacklist got a 8.4 A18-49 rating; the year before that was a 11.4 for New Girl, before that a 7.8 for Elementary, and a 16.3 for The Voice. Since 1999, Elementary's 7.8 was the lowest-rated lead-out, and a 21.8 for Survivor in 2000 was the highest-rated. It usually seems like reality and variety shows do better after the Super Bowl, but a lot of it depends on when the game finishes. Late Show is typically around a 0.4-0.5 rating by itself; how much growth will it show tonight?
