Superstore Renewed by NBC

NBC
Superstore just finished its 11-episode first season today, and NBC has decided to give its breakout sitcom a second go-around, per the Superstore Twitter account.

Throwing away its December 28 burn-off episode, Superstore averaged a 1.55 A18-49 demo rating, slightly above league average and is one of NBC's youngest-skewing series. It is also their first real hit sitcom in years. Just like ABC's thing is family comedies, CBS's is multi-cams, FOX's is animated and niche comedies, NBC seems to thrive in the workplace comedy department more than any other department.
