American Horror Story will get to keep on scaring the crap out of people for at least two seasons more, FX has announced. The horror anthology series, which was previously renewed for a seventh season, will now receive eighth and ninth seasons. The series has been a big hit for FX, with the recently completed season, Roanoke, averaging a 1.58 L+SD rating in the coveted 18-49 demo. That rating would probably be enough to get renewed on any of the Big 5 broadcast networks.
