Finals Update: Grimm (0.7), Dateline (1.0), and Blue Bloods (1.0) all adjusted down.

After taking last week off, ABC's Last Man Standing (1.0) returned to a series low. It's a far cry from the 1.5 it hit back in January and down two-tenths from its previous outing. Standing has 3 episodes left in the season and would be wise to stay above a 1.0 if it wants that renewal. Dr. Ken (0.8) didn't have much luck either at 8:30, it was down a tenth from its last original and tied its series low. Ken led into a Shark Tank repeat (0.9) followed by an original 20/20 (0.8) which was down two-tenths from its previous outing.

A crossover event between MacGyver and Hawaii was no help for MacGyver (1.0) which actually inched down from its last episode. while Hawaii Five-0 (1.1) remained steady. The night rounded out with an original Blue Bloods (1.1) which remained steady after nearly a month off.

NBC had steady Grimm (0.8) leading into 2-hours of Dateline (1.0/1.1), the latter improved markedly from last week's Emerald City at 9.

FOX had more ghastly results from Sleepy Hollow (0.4) leading out of an unnecessary Rosewood repeat (0.4).

The Vampire Diaries aired its final episode over on The CW and finally gave the night some life, starting with a recap special at 8 (0.4) leading into the finale at 9 (0.5), which inched up to a season high.

With the ABC comedies absent, CBS's MacGyver (1.2) jumped two-tenths week-to-week and was the highest-rated program in the 8pm hour. Hawaii Five-0 (1.3) benefitted from the bump and spiked alongside it while Blue Bloods (1.2) could only inch up at 10.

ABC retired their comedies for a week in favor of Be My Valentine, Charlie Brown (1.0). Charlie Brown did a bit worse than an average episode of Last Man Standing, it virtually matched its year-ago outing, so it's a very solid outing for the Peanuts brand. Brown led into Shark Tank (1.3) which was even with its week-ago result while 20/20 (0.9) inched down at 10.

It was disaster as usual on the other networks. NBC saw slippage with Grimm (0.7), down a tenth to a new low, at least Emerald City (0.6) remained steady despite being anemic. Dateline NBC (0.7) also inched down from its week-ago outing.

Rosewood (0.7) had a surprising uptick over on FOX, matching its Friday high, despite it still being a miserably low result. Sleepy Hollow (0.5) could only stay even with its series low.

The CW had the season premiere of Reign (0.2), it significantly underperformed and lost two-tenths from The Vampire Diaries (0.4), the latter was up a tenth from last week.

Finals Update: Blue Bloods (1.1) adjusted down alongside The Vampire Diaries (0.3), meaning it did not match its high. On the other hand, Dateline NBC (0.8) adjusted up.

The CBS drama trio returned intact after nearly a month off but the mini-hiatus wasn't good news for MacGyver (1.0) which inched down from its previous result. Hawaii Five-0 (1.1) actually ticked up from its January 20th result while Blue Bloods (1.2) remained stable.

ABC had Last Man Standing (1.2) flat with its week-ago result but Dr. Ken (0.9) inched down. Shark Tank (1.3) slipped a tenth as well, but 20/20 (1.0) enjoyed an uptick at 10.

NBC's disastrous Friday line-up got even worse as Dateline (0.7) shed three-tenths from last week at 10pm. Despite its slippage, Grimm (0.8) and Emerald City (0.6) remained steady but low.

Sleepy Hollow (0.5) lost a precious tenth over on FOX, matching its series low. Rosewood (0.6) remained steady with last week.

The CW had some good news as The Vampire Diaries (0.4) inched up to tie its season high, but Crazy-Ex Girlfriend (0.2) matched the same number its done all season.

Finals Update: Shark Tank (1.4) and Dateline NBC (1.0) adjusted up, 20/20 (0.8) adjusted down.

After a string of strong results (1.5-1.3-1.4), ABC's 'Last Man Standing' (1.2) came back down to earth but remained the top program in its hour. Despite the decline, the Tim Allen comedy continues to outperform most of its fall data-points and beat out every non-ABC program that aired last night. In the 8:30 slot, 'Dr. Ken' (1.0) matched its week-ago performance despite 'Last Man' slipping. 'Shark Tank' (1.3) held even after a week off in the 9pm hour, simultaneously winning the night. A 'Mary Tyler Moore'-based '20/20' (0.9) rounded out the lineup in respectable fashion, but wasn't able to rise from its last episode.

NBC's 'Emerald City' (0.6) slipped another tenth, decreasing its chances of renewal some more. The freshman drama was sandwiched between a steady 'Grimm' (0.8) and 'Dateline NBC' (0.9), the latter inched up from its last outing. FOX's struggling line-up saw some very minor relief as 'Sleepy Hollow' (0.6) got back a tenth in the 8pm slot. A stable edition of 'Rosewood' (0.6) followed suit. CBS managed to defeat both NBC and FOX despite being in repeat-mode with 'MacGyver' (0.8), 'Hawaii Five-0' (0.8), and 'Blue Bloods' (0.8). The CW had 'The Vampire Diaries' (0.3) and 'Crazy Ex-Girlfriend' (0.2), both even with their previous installments.
