Finals Update: Repeats of America's Got Talent (0.9) and Dateline (0.9) adjusted up. Watergate (0.5) adjusted down

Without NBA competition, NBC easily won the night with a repeat of America's Got Talent (0.8/0.9) and an original Dateline (0.8). The latter was down a tenth of a point from its last episode.

ABC had the much-promoted Watergate special (0.6/0.5) but it tanked and ended up losing to its Shark Tank repeat lead-in (0.7).

Fox's Golf game (0.4) rose a tenth from yesterday's 0.3 leading into a repeat of So You Think You Can Dance (0.3).

CBS had an original 48 Hours (0.7) leading into drama repeats, Hawaii Five-0 (0.6), and Blue Bloods (0.6).

The CW had an original Originals (0.3) and the series finale of Reign (0.2). The latter was steady with every data point from this season.

Finals Update: Game 4 of the NBA Finals (6.8) adjusted up. Jimmy Kimmel Game Night (1.0) and NBA Countdown (1.6) adjusted down.

ABC easily took the night with Game 4 of the NBA Finals (5.5). It led out of Jimmy Kimmel Game Night (2.8) and NBA Countdown (2.8).

NBC had strong repeats of America's Got Talent (0.9) and Dateline (0.9).

FOX had a weak night of repeats with Lucifer (0.2) doing poorly leading out of a MasterChef (0.4) repeat.

CBS had drama repeats, MacGyver (0.5), Hawaii Five-0 (0.5), and Blue Bloods (0.5).

The CW saw The Originals (0.3) inch down while Reign (0.2) was steady.

On a typical repeat-filled summer night, NBC's Dateline (1.0) was one of the few original programs and was up two-tenths from its last outing. Dateline benefited from having a strong lead-in,  a repeat of America's Got Talent (0.9). The latter had 0.7/1.1 half-hours.

ABC had repeats of Sunday-bound Shark Tank (0.7/0.9) leading into an original 20/20 (0.8) which was up three-tenths from its last installment.

CBS had repeats of their Friday drama line-up, MacGyver (0.5), Hawaii Five-0 (0.5), and Blue Bloods (0.6).

FOX had repeats of their Wednesday line-up with MasterChef (0.5) and The F Word (0.4).


The CW was the only network with all original programming, The Originals (0.3) was up a tenth from its last result while Reign (0.2) was steady.

ABC's The Toy Box (0.6) ended a disappointing season with an uptick leading into a steady 20/20 (0.6).

CBS had little luck with an I Love Lucy special (0.5) at 9. It led out of Undercover Boss (0.7) which slipped two-tenths from last week. CBS rounded out the night with a repeat of Blue Bloods (0.5).

NBC was the clear winner with a steady First Dates (0.7) and a rising Dateline (0.9).


FOX halted repeat night in favor of a movie, Maid in Manhattan (0.5), it actually performed a good bit higher than last week's Lucifer/Lethal Weapon repeat combo.

CW's Reign (0.3) rose to a season high at 9 while The Originals (0.3) was steady.
