Secrets & Lies Canceled by ABC

It's no secret anymore, Secrets & Lies will not be returning for a third season at ABC, and I would be lying if I told you that The TV Ratings Guide's ABC Renew/Cancel predicted that it would go beyond its current two seasons. Secrets & Lies has an interesting history, as it aired its first season in the spring of 2015, and didn't return for its second season until fall 2016. Could the long break have been what hurt the show? Maybe. Could it have been the new case in season two? That's another possible explanation. But it looks like Juliette Lewis's Detective Cornell will not be able to investigate and give you the answer to this question.

TV Ratings 12/4/16: Secrets and Lies Ends Low, Last Man on Earth Rises (UPDATED)
