SASHA, KYLIE, NICOLE, AUSTIN, TREVOR, and BLAKE are talking amongst themselves at their cubicles.

KYLIE

Do you know what I hate more than anything else?

NICOLE

Me?

KYLIE

No. There's one thing in this world I hate more than you.

NICOLE

I couldn't imagine.

KYLIE

Football season.

AUSTIN bursts into laughter.

AUSTIN

How can you hate football season? It's the most wonderful time of the year!

SASHA

That's Christmas.

AUSTIN

Same thing, basically.

BLAKE

No but really, football is objectively the best sport. Look at the ratings.

KYLIE

Yeah. I do.

BLAKE

I don't mind our ratings, I mean the ratings for football. Through the roof!

KYLIE

Don't look at our ratings, you say?

BLAKE

We all know our ratings suck without football, but that's the price we have to pay if we want football on our TVs.

KYLIE

But now nobody is watching our RSN affiliates.

BLAKE

Who cares?

KYLIE

I care! Am I really the only one who cares about our ratings?!

NICOLE INTERVIEW

I care about our ratings. I care that RSN Los Angeles isn't our highest-rated affiliate. [NICOLE pauses.] I haven't been very successful yet, but I think one day maybe it'll happen.

BLAKE INTERVIEW

If I cared about ratings, I would care that Bridgeport doesn't have any ratings.

BENNY INTERVIEW

I say we have both football AND ratings. Maybe that makes me an optimist, I don't know. But you have to be optimistic if you're going to be in my position. [BENNY pauses.] Yes, I was listening in on their conversation, wouldn't any manager?

TREVOR

Guys, the most important thing to remember is we lost subscribers on RSN+.

BLAKE

Oh no, not RSN+!

SASHA

Blake, respectfully, what is your problem? You used to care about our ratings.

BLAKE

I'll care about them again when Bridgeport has something notable to air. Until then, I just want my football.

KYLIE

But it's hurting our ratings!

BLAKE

I understand that.

AUSTIN

What if we tried to cut a deal to simulcast some football games?

BENNY

That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

Everyone is startled after realizing BENNY was listening.

AUSTIN

So you're saying you like it?

BENNY nods.

BENNY

Worth a shot.

SASHA

One thing though: how do you expect football simulcasts to help RSN Anchorage?

BENNY

Sasha, you just wait and see.

BENNY INTERVIEW

When you're manager like I am, you need a plan. If only I had one...
