CBS will be moving their freshman comedy The Great Indoors to Mondays at 9:30 pm for the final two episodes which will now air on May 1st and May 8th. While The Great Indoors is averaging a solid 1.5 in the 18-49 demographic, it typically loses a ton of its Big Bang Theory lead-in. CBS already aired an episode of The Great Indoors in this timeslot on Monday, March 27 and it sank to a 1.0 in the 18-49 demographic, which was a new low for the freshman comedy. The Great Indoors remains the only freshman comedy on CBS to not be renewed for the 2017-18 season. Other newbies like Kevin Can Wait, Man with a Plan, and Superior Donuts have already secured second seasons. Repeats of The Big Bang Theory will air on Thursday, May 4th and May 11th instead of the Joel McHale sitcom.
