The CW Pushes The Lost Boys To Next Pilot Cycle

The Lost Boys has been pushed to the next pilot cycle by The CW once again. The 1987 film has been adapted as a pilot numerous times by The CW. The pilot was set to focus on a mother and her teenage sons who move to the seaside town where she grew up, where they discover there’s a sinister reason the local cool kids sleep all day, party all night, never grow up and never get old. Family bonds are tested as the brothers find themselves on opposite sides of a mythological struggle. Branden Cook, Lincoln Younes, Ruby Cruz and Rochelle Aytes were attached to star.

The Lost Boys to be Re-Piloted by The CW

The Lost Boys will be re-piloted by The CW, being reshot with network changes before any further decision will be made. The fantasy drama takes place in Santa Carla, which hosts a secret underground world of vampires. Two brothers move to the town with their mother, planning to start anew after their father's death. The brothers soon find themselves drawn deeper into the town's eternally youthful undead. Tyler Posey, Kiele Sanchez and Medalion Rahimi star.
