Saturday TV Ratings 11/9/24: Saturday Night Live Slides, Santa Tell Me Strong on Hallmark, Alabama/LSU Game Dominates [+ Analysis]

Ratings Analysis: Post-election fatigue appeared to impact Saturday Night Live (0.72, -0.52) as the NBC staple was down by more than five-tenths from last week's Mulaney-hosted installment (1.24), even as its college football lead-in (0.43) dropped by less than a tenth from the week-ago game. On ABC, the AL/LSU college football game (1.94) brought in massive ratings and trounced Fox's game (0.35). CBS aired the Family Film & TV Awards (0.12) but ended up falling behind the CW's NASCAR Xfinity Series Championship (0.14). 48 Hours (0.19, -0.04) dropped in the 10 p.m. hour. Key: (R) = repeat.
