As you notice in the table, Charmed and Dynasty have both been upgraded to certain to be renewed this week. Charmed held well in week 2, while Dynasty rose in week 2. Charmed is the highest rated fall rookie show and is produced by CBS Studios. When is the last time a CBS produced show is the highest rated fall rookie show? With Dynasty rising in the unrounded ratings in week 2, suddenly a 0.2 doesn't look so bad, especially when you factor in the Netflix US+24 deal. For both Charmed and Dynasty, it is good to be a CBS show on the CW this season.
Legacies is in a tough predicament. The premiere ratings for it cause it to tie All American and DC's Legends of Tomorrow as the lowest rated WB produced show in the rounded ratings this week. As I decided to upgrade All American to "leans cancelation", Legacies starts in the same category as All American. This is not a good season for WB shows. Even with the Sunday night expansion, at least two shows are getting axed in addition to the final seasons of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, iZombie, and Jane the Virgin. But the other conundrum, the ratings for WB shows not named The Flash are close to that range. That also means DC's Legends of Tomorrow is downgraded to "likely renewal" status. We're in for an interesting season on the network.
