Stuart Fails to Save the Universe Renewed for Season 2 by HBO Max

HBO Max has renewed their new live-action comedy, Stuart Fails to Save the Universe, for a second season. With this renewal, all three spinoffs in the Big Bang Theory IP (Young Sheldon, Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage, and Stuart Fails to Save the Universe) will have scored a multi-season run. Stuart Fails to Save the Universe joins drama The Pitt and animated superhero series Creature Commandos as HBO Max origins renewed for an additional season.

Stuart Fails to Save the Universe debuted at #2 on HBO Max on July 24, which is also where it has peaked due to the popularity of House of the Dragon. Since then, it has remained in the top half of HBO Max's Top 10 TV Shows chart.

Four episodes have aired in Stuart Fails to Save the Universe's first season, with the remaining six episodes set to drop on a weekly basis. Exact viewership figures have not been revealed by HBO Max, nor has the series reached the Top 10 streaming originals by August 6 per Variety.

Stuart Fails to Save the Universe's renewal is a correct prediction for The TV Ratings Guide, which predicted a #1 first week peak and medium-level success overall.
