Monday TV Ratings 8/3/26: Dancing with the Stars: The Next Pro Continues to Drop, American Ninja Warrior Also Down, The Librarians: The Next Chapter Steady [+ Analysis]
The Next Pro erosion (0.21, -0.05) continued on ABC, as the Dancing with the Stars spinoff declined to a rating less than half the size of its premiere from less than a month ago (0.43). NBC's American Ninja Warrior (0.27, -0.07) and The Wall (0.13, -0.05) also slipped. CBS aired repeats of The Neighborhood (0.17/0.14), FBI (0.20), and CIA (0.11). Fox aired reruns of The 1% Club (0.18) and The Quiz with Balls (0.15). All American (0.04, -0.03) was down on the CW. Key: (R) = repeat.

Big Brother (0.65, +0.02) rose slightly from last week on CBS, narrowly fending off MLB on NBC (0.59) for the top spot. ABC's movie of the week was Cocktail (0.14). The CW's showing of the film Just Go With It (0.06) was a hundredth above Fox's abysmal Universal Basic Guys rerun (0.05). Key: (R) = repeat.

MLB on Fox (0.48) dominated on an otherwise quiet Saturday night, while PBR on the CW (0.03) underwhelmed. NBC's repeats of American Ninja Warrior (0.15) and Dateline (0.12) were above ABC's Rookie reruns (0.08/0.08/0.09). CBS aired repeats of Final Twist (0.08) and 48 Hours (0.10/0.11) once more. On Fox, Kitchen Nightmares (0.25, 0.00) matched the rating of its last episode, and Beat Shazam (0.24) was slightly above its last season premiere (0.22) in its return. NBC's America's Got Talent (0.32, -0.15) plummeted, but Password (0.25, 0.00) miraculously held steady. Both ABC (0.16/0.11/0.07) and CBS (0.14/0.12/0.13) aired a trio of drama reruns. Celebrity Family Feud (0.43, +0.14) experienced a sudden surge on ABC, and fellow game show Press Your Luck (0.29, +0.07) was also up markedly, as was CBS staple Big Brother (0.75, +0.06). Surviving Earth (0.23, +0.01) inched up on NBC.
