Murder in a Small Town Renewed by Fox

Months after last airing, Fox has finally confirmed that Murder in a Small Town will return for a third season on the network. The crime drama, which stars Rossif Sutherland and Kristin Kreuk, had already begun filming the third season before Fox announced they would air it, leaving the possibility that the international production would air in Canada, without a US home. That will not come to fruition, and the show's ten-episode third season will air on Fox, as it has throughout its run. Peter Gallagher will join the series for its third season in a series regular role. With a 0.16 average for season two, Murder in a. Small Town was far from a ratings hit for Fox, but it was mostly steady with season one, and is a low-cost option for Fox due to its Canadian production. This is a correct prediction for The TV Ratings Guide, and it will ensure that all of Fox's dramas from this season will return next season.
