Z Nation Canceled After Five Seasons

Per tweets from the cast and crew, Syfy's Z Nation has been canceled after five seasons. The show is one of the highest-rated on Syfy, making this a pretty surprising decision (TVRG listed the show as a likely renewal). It's Friday night airing partner, Van Helsing, was renewed despite lower ratings. Ratings for Z Nation have been about 20% lower this season than last time around, recently hitting a series low of 0.1. The series finale of Z Nation will air next Friday.
