Tuesday TV Ratings 9/1/26: Password Rises, Jeopardy! Masters and WWE NXT Jump, 9/11: United We Stand - 25 Years Later Solid on ABC [+ Analysis]

America's Got Talent (0.40, 0.00) held steady on NBC, while Password (0.27, +0.02) rose at ten. On ABC, Jeopardy! Masters (0.32, +0.06) gained momentum, and 9/11: United We Stand (0.26) retained much of that rating. On Fox, Kitchen Nightmares (0.27, +0.05) soared, but Beat Shazam (0.20, -0.02) cooled down. WWE NXT (0.17, +0.08) surged on the CW. Key: (R) = repeat.

Tuesday TV Ratings 8/25/26: ABC Dolly Parton Tribute Draws Solid Interest, Jeopardy! Masters Returns Slightly Lower, Kitchen Nightmares and Beat Shazam Dip Further [+ Analysis]

Jeopardy! Masters (0.26) returned in decent shape on ABC, down just 7% from last year's premiere (0.28) in the key demo. But that performance was largely overshadowed by the network's 10 p.m. Dolly Parton tribute (0.29) that posted a higher 18-49 rating than Masters and brought in more total viewers. On NBC, America's Got Talent (0.40, -0.01) was down slightly from last Tuesday, while Password (0.25, +0.02) rose. CBS's Dolly Parton special (0.11) was on the softer side. Over on Fox, Kitchen Nightmares (0.22, -0.02) and Beat Shazam (0.18, -0.01) both dipped. WWE NXT (0.09, -0.05) declined sharply on the CW. Key: (P) = premiere. (R) = repeat.

It was a night of declines for Fox as Kitchen Nightmares (0.24, -0.02) and Beat Shazam (0.19, -0.04) both shed some hundredths. In contrast, the CW's WWE NXT (0.14, +0.05) rose dramatically, enough so that it beat ABC repeats of RJ Decker (0.13) and Will Trent (0.07/0.07) in the key demographic. Over on NBC, America's Got Talent (0.41, +0.04) climbed higher, but Password (0.23, -0.01) ticked down. CBS aired reruns of NCIS (0.16) and NCIS: Origins (0.14/0.12). Key: (R) = repeat.

Kitchen Nightmares (0.26, -0.03) and Beat Shazam (0.23, -0.02) both declined on Fox, while the CW's WWE NXT (0.09, +0.02) rose. America's Got Talent (0.37, +0.04) was also up on NBC.
