Ratings Analysis: Propelled by an appearance from comedian Kevin Hart, ABC's 'Shark Tank' (0.75, +0.27) climbed to its highest rating of the season and defeated all other offerings. One would have to go all the way back to April 9, 2021 (0.76) to find an episode of the same caliber. In the 9PM slot, '20/20' (0.70, +0.36) more than doubled its last original installment (0.34). On CBS, 'Undercover Boss' (0.49) had a fairly solid start that was on-par with its premiere from October 2020 (0.5). In the back-half of the evening, 'Magnum PI' (0.48, -0.01) and 'Blue Bloods' (0.45, -0.05) declined from their final episodes of 2021. Fox's 'WWE Smackdown' (0.58) outpaced all non-ABC broadcasts. NBC went with a meager showing of 'US Figure Skating' (0.27) that was close to what it garnered a year prior (0.29). The CW had 'Penn & Teller: Fool Us' (0.11) and a sinking 'Nancy Drew' (0.05, -0.01).

Finals Update: 'Shark Tank' (+0.1), 'US Figure Skating Championship: Ladies Free Skate' (+0.1), 'Magnum PI' (+0.1), and 'Blue Bloods' (+0.1) adjusted up.
