Magnum PI will be back for a third season. The series, a reboot of the iconic series starring Tom Selleck of fellow CBS Friday series Blue Bloods, was a soft performer in season one but made a solid transition to Fridays and has looked good for a renewal since its premiere. With a 0.65 average, it rates above numerous weekday programs, including All Rise, the show that now fills its former Monday night timeslot. Jay Hernandez stars as the titular Magnum, alongside Perdita Weeks, Zachary Knighton, Amy Hill and Tim Kang. This is a correct prediction for The TV Ratings Guide.
