TV Ratings 3/9/17: The Catch Returns Steady, Kicking & Screaming Premieres Low, Series Low for Scandal (UPDATED)

Thursday night was a pretty rough night for a lot of shows. ABC's The Catch premiered its second season with a 0.8, steady with its season one finale. Scandal dropped to a series low 1.4, while Grey's dipped below a 2.0 for the first time in 2017. On CBS, Mom beat the Great Indoors and won its time slot, something it has not done in awhile. Life in Pieces rose, while The Big Bang Theory and Training Day dipped. On Fox, new reality Kicking & Screaming premiered and tied the season low of My Kitchen Rules, while Masterchef Junior stayed steady. The CW's Supernatural dipped a tenth. On NBC, Powerless returned up a tenth, while Chicago Med and The Blacklist: Redemption both slipped without help from the Voice.
