Thursday TV Ratings 2/13/25: Next Level Chef Returns Solidly, Animal Control and Scamanda Jump, Found Hits New Low [+ Analysis]

Ratings Analysis: Next Level Chef (0.34) had a solid return on Fox and helped Animal Control (0.25, +0.10) rise to a new season high. Going Dutch (0.16, +0.04) was also up at nine-thirty. CBS was down across the board with Georgie & Mandy (0.40, -0.06), Ghosts (0.36, -0.09), Matlock (0.29, -0.10), and Elsbeth (0.23, -0.05). Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (0.27, +0.05), Scamanda (0.23, +0.07), and Perfect Wife (0.14, +0.02) were all up on ABC. NBC's Law & Order (0.36, +0.02) and Law & Order: SVU (0.35, +0.01) rose, but Found (0.18, -0.03) faded away. Police 24/7 (0.07, +0.02) grew on the CW, but Crime Nation (0.02, -0.02) slipped.
