Monday TV Ratings 10/31/22: Quantum Leap Steady on Halloween, The Voice Slightly Up, The Good Doctor and Bachelor in Paradise Drop (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: ABC's 'Bachelor in Paradise' (0.49, -0.14) and 'The Good Doctor' (0.29, -0.04) both took a hit on Halloween night but remained a few ticks away from their respective series lows. On NBC, 'The Voice' (0.61, +0.01) picked up an extra hundredth while 'Quantum Leap' (0.33, 0.00) held steady. The CW had a Halloween-themed rerun of 'World's Funniest Animals' (0.11) and a rerun of 'The 13 Scariest Movies of All Time' (0.08). CBS's reruns of 'The Neighborhood' (0.33), 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.24), 'NCIS' (0.21), and 'NCIS Hawai'i' (0.22) were on-par with Fox's encores of '9-1-1' (0.33) and 'The Cleaning Lady' (0.23).
