Ratings Analysis: CBS enjoyed renewed prosperity in the new year as 'Young Sheldon' (0.74, +0.08), 'Ghosts' (0.70, +0.16), and 'Bull' (0.38, +0.11) all shot up to season highs. Freshman sitcom 'Ghosts' experienced the largest surge of the pack and had its strongest showing to date in both the Adults 18-49 demographic and total viewers. Sophomore comedies 'United States of Al' (0.50, +0.05) and 'B Positive' (0.46, +0.04) remained largely unimpressive at 8:30 and 9:30 respectively but each picked up a few hundredths. On NBC, 'The Blacklist' (0.42, +0.11) and 'Law & Order: SVU' (0.62, +0.05) improved from their lackluster fall finales, but 'Law & Order: Organized Crime' (0.51, -0.11) lost a tenth at 10. ABC's new miniseries 'Women of the Movement' (0.43) and docuseries 'Let the World See' (0.40) were fairly modest on premiere night but still outdid Fox's series debut of 'Joe Millionaire: For Richer or Poorer' (0.39). The CW offered up reruns of 'Walker' (0.09) and 'Legacies' (0.06).
