Ratings Analysis: Though football kept them afloat on premiere night, there was no saving Fox comedies 'Call Me Kat' (0.30, -0.92) and 'Pivoting' (0.23, -0.37) in their timeslot debuts. While a sharp decline was to be expected, the two sitcoms were down a dreadful 75% and 62% respectively from what they garnered just four days prior (1.22/0.60). In particular, 'Call Me Kat' fell behind every single rating it posted in season one. Airing before the comedy catastrophe, reality effort 'Joe Millionaire: For Richer or Poorer' (0.35, -0.04) dropped by four-hundredths from its mediocre start. On CBS, sitcom anchors 'Young Sheldon' (0.73, -0.01) and 'Ghosts' (0.65, -0.05) dealt with some minor slippage, but 'United States of Al' (0.53, +0.03), 'B Positive' (0.49, +0.03), and 'Bull' (0.42, +0.04) all rose from their midseason returns. ABC miniseries 'Women of the Movement' (0.45, +0.02) gained two-hundredths in week two as docuseries 'Let the World See' (0.38, -0.02) fell by the same amount. NBC's 'The Blacklist' (0.40, -0.02) ticked down while 'Law & Order: SVU' (0.67, +0.05) and 'Law & Order: Organized Crime' (0.55, +0.04) picked up a few hundredths each. The CW's 'Walker' (0.11, -0.04) forfeited four-hundredths and led into a 'Legacies' encore (0.05).
Finals Update: 'Law & Order: SVU' (+0.1), 'Ghosts' (+0.1), 'Joe Millionaire' (+0.1), and 'Law & Order: Organized Crime' (+0.1) adjusted up.
