Ratings Analysis: Peacock drama 'The Lost Symbol' (0.28) was actually three-hundredths higher than last week's 'Ordinary Joe' (0.25) for a one-off pilot broadcast on NBC. That only goes to show just how poorly 'Joe' is performing and definitely doesn't mean 'Lost Symbol' did even remotely well, especially since it retained less than 40% of its 'Voice' lead-in. At 8, 'The Voice' (0.76, -0.01) dropped by a hundredth but was still the #1 program of the night. ABC's 'Dancing with the Stars' (0.71, +0.01) gained a hundredth and led into a 'Countdown to the CMA Awards' special (0.24) that very few tuned in to watch. CBS's 'NCIS' (0.64, +0.05) was the lone show on the network to rise from last week. 'The Neighborhood' (0.61, -0.04), 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.50, -0.03), and 'NCIS: Hawai'i' (0.45, -0.03) all forfeited a few hundredths. On Fox, '9-1-1' (0.72, -0.11) fell by a tenth and 'The Big Leap' (0.19, -0.06) could only tie The CW's 'All American' (0.19, +0.03) in the 18-49 demographic. Airing right after 'All American', '4400' (0.07, -0.01) inched down.
Finals Update: 'The Voice' (+0.1) adjusted up. 'Countdown to the CMA Awards' (-0.1) adjusted down.
