Ratings Analysis: CBS's lineup was back from a week off, with 8pm anchor 'The Neighborhood' (0.65, -0.02) and 9pm drama 'NCIS' (0.59, -0.03) inching down from their previous originals. The programs airing after those two, 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.53) & 'NCIS: Hawai'i' (0.48), were steady with their last installments. On Fox, '9-1-1' (0.83, +0.03) actually rose by a few ticks after not airing the week prior. And though it remained anemic, 'The Big Leap' (0.25) gained seven-hundredths with the return of its usual lead-in. NBC's 'The Voice' (0.77) fell by eight-hundredths and 'Ordinary Joe' (0.25, -0.06) hit yet another new low. Over on ABC, 'Dancing with the Stars' (0.70, -0.01) only shed a hundredth while 'The Good Doctor' (0.43, +0.02) enjoyed a minor uptick. The CW's 'All American' (0.16) shed a tenth from its week-ago premiere as '4400' (0.08) gave back two-hundredths.
