TV Ratings 1/24/17: Legends Below Average on New Night, The Flash Fractional (UPDATED)

The CW aired its new Tuesday lineup for the first time last night, and it went over pretty okay. Legends of Tomorrow was a big improvement over No Tomorrow, pulling a 0.6, but The Flash's return went badly (by Flash standards), and it went fractional for the first time. ABC's comedy block took the night off, leaving SHIELD as ABC's sole show, and SHIELD was up from last week's series low. CBS aired its normal lineup, and NCIS held steady, but Bull and NCIS:NO fell to new lows. On NBC, This Is Us gained two tenths, while Chicago Fire gained one, and the Wall lost one. Fox's 8 PM lineup was also down, though Bones rose.

Finals Update: Chicago Fire (+0.1) adjusted up. SHIELD (-0.1) adjusted down.
