Fam Canceled by CBS

Midseason comedy Fam will not be back for season two on CBS. The show was a moderate performer for the network and frequently aired behind repeats, and it has been canceled. With a 0.88 average, the show was in the middle of the CBS comedy pack for season 1, and is owned by CBS. That ownership wasn't enough to get across the finish line and score another season. Nina Dobrev, Tone Bell, Odessa Adlon and Sheryl Lee Ralph star in the series. This was a correct prediction for The TV Ratings Guide.

CBS Orders Fam to Series

CBS has ordered Fam, a multicamera comedy, to series. Nina Dobrev (The Vampire Diaries), Tone Bell (Disjointed), and Odessa Adlon (Nashville) starred in the pilot, which focused on a woman whose younger half-sister comes to live with her and her fiancé to escape their father. Aaron Kaplan served as a producer of Fam.
