NCIS: Los Angeles Canceled by CBS

CBS is saying farewell to one of their longest-running series, announcing today that NCIS: Los Angeles will end after its current fourteenth season. This announcement comes less than two weeks after the NCIS crossover event involving LA, which was a ratings success that saw LA hit its highest rating since April 2022. In spite of that, NCIS: LA was one of CBS's lowest ratings performers this season, ranking fourteenth among seventeen scripted programs on the Tiffany Network this season. This is not the first NCIS series to be canceled, as NCIS: New Orleans was canceled while airing in LA's current time slot just two years ago. Barring the announcement of a new spinoff, or the cancellation of a different NCIS series, next season will be the first with only two NCIS series on the CBS lineup since the 2013-14 season. NCIS: Los Angeles starred LL Cool J, Chris O'Donnell, Daniela Ruah, Eric Christian Olsen, Medalion Rahimi and Gerald McRaney. This is a correct prediction for The TV Ratings Guide.
